Citroen organized a challenge, where we had to create an application for car drivers and connected Citroen cars.
I was in charge of the UX design and part of the UI of the application. We wanted it to be pixel perfect.
In this challenge, we were asked to imagine a new application to make the life of car drivers a lot easier. We decided to create a system that would notify the owner of the car in case of car stealing or damaged parts while he was absent.
The wireframes were made with a lot of precision. We imagined a simple yet useful type of navigation. The user must have access to important information concerning his car as quiclky as possible.
Concerning the different patterns and texture in the design, we decided to create and use simple patterns that would remind the user of what he is used to see in a car of the Citroen brand.
This is a presentation of the final design of the application, after spending some time working on the UX and UI.
The login page: simple and useful, with a quick description of the app.
The main page of the website. The user can have a look at the status of the car, and locate it on the map.
Here we find a change of the car's curent state on the dashboard. It shows that the car is in danger. The application will then ask the user to call the police and show the license plate of the car.
You can find all the views of the application in this section.
Beautiful hand crafted UI for a better experience. We spent a lot of time working on the details.
We tried to make a simple icon that will be easily be remembered by the user. We followed the branding of Citroen in order to make it easier.
